Trait KmlObject: abstract super-element of all KML elements. Known in the reference document as Object. See KML Reference

NOTE: abstract elements cannot be represented in Kml documents directly but are always super-elements (and therefore ordinary classes). Their usage is in the properties of other elements where more than one possible element type is allowed.

NOTE: there's some argument for having KmlObject extend scala.xml.Node but it's not compelling.

Actual Kml elements (the leaf classes) are all represented here as case classes, which cannot be extended.

The arrangement of the traits and classes within this module follows the KML Reference starting with Object and then doing breadth-first top to bottom.
